LEAGUE RULES
*** Up Your Alleys Sport Shot Eliminator Summer League ***
Each week you will be bowling for points just as they do on the PBA Tour
*** HANDICAP ***
Handicap is 90% of 190
If you have 21 games in last year in this league, than you will use that average.
If you do not, then you will use your last 2 years composite average as of the first night of league minus 25 pins for the first night. If your composite changes after that, it doesn't matter.
YOUR AVERAGE CANNOT DROP LOWER THAN 10 PINS FROM THE AVERAGE USED THE FIRST NIGHT OF BOWLING.
Average will be based on all games bowled!
*** FORMAT ***
You will be bowling 3 games. Everyone moves right after each game. .
After 3 games of qualifying there will be a cut to the Top Half (Top 50% rounding up) There will be one more game each round, cutting out 25% of the cut score round, repeating until game 7 when the tournament is over. Tie Scores for cut automatically move on.
Example: 80 bowlers paid.
Rd 1: Bowl 3 cut to Top 50% = Top 40 advance
Rd 2: Bowl 1 cut to out bottom 25% = Top 30 advance
Rd 3: Bowl 1 cut to out same number above = Top 20 advance
Rd 4: Bowl 1 cut to out same number above = Top 10 advance
Rd 5: Bowl 1 crown champion.
*** POINTS ***
Point Equation: Finishing Position in Standings, minus number of Entries, plus 1.
You will get 1 point just for bowling. Plus 1 point per bowler you finish above in the standings. So if the first week there is 80 people and you finish last you get 1 point. If you 50th, you will get 31 points.
Points are based on the round you get eliminated and your final position.
Round 1: x 1.00
Round 2 x 1.25
Round 3 x 1.50
Round 4 x 1.75
Round 5 x 2.00
**BONUS POINTS: added after final standing points:
1st Place +15 points
2nd place +10 points.
3rd place +5 points.

Bowl 12 weeks: $25 per person per week x 1st 10 weeks = $250. Week 11 & 12 are FREE to Bowl, must have paid everything in full to be eligible to bowl the final night.
MUST HAVE LEAGUE FEES CURRENT IN ORDER TO BOWL!!!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS. When you bowl, you pay ($25) league fee you will draw your starting lane. If you miss a week, you must catch up the week(s) missed when you return plus your current weeks fees so you are not behind any money.

***NO BOWLING JULY 19th. The week of Junior Gold*** www.ShaunsTournaments.com will be running the Tornado Eliminator. Same Format, Same Time as League, Only its a Scratch Tournament on the 48ft Tornado Oil Pattern.
***Week 11: Wild Card 9th Spot Qualifier***
Week 11, The Wild Card 9th Spot Qualifier will be held the week before the Super Step Ladder Finals. Bowlers that are paid in full for the entire season, $250.00, are eligible to bowl. The pattern will be decided by Up Your Alleys Pro Shop before the season starts. It will be a similar eliminator format. FIVE (5) games across FIVE (5) pair. Cut 50%, Bowl Three (3) More Games. The 8 Game Total will be the Final Standings. The winner will be placed as the #9 seed into the super step ladder finals on the next week. 1 in 5 cash this night regardless where you finished in the season total point standings. Payout determined that night based on bowlers and will be paid out on the Final Night Week 12.
*** Week 12: END OF SEASON SUPER STEP LADDER FINALS***
*** Tie Rule ***
Any tie to make a cut will be allowed to move forward to next round
If there is a tie for season ending points in any cashing spot, there will be a 1 game roll off on Super Step Ladder week at the same time as the Super Step Ladder Finals.
*** PAYOUT ***

- If someone cannot make super stepladder finals, then they will be awarded a zero for that game. There will be no substitutes in the super step ladder finals.
- At the end of the season, 9 bowlers will bowl the Super Step Ladder Finals to determine the winner of the league.
- The rest of the league will bowl in a sweeper for FREE. Around 1 in 4 cash that night.
- Payouts will be made as standings become final
- Top 8 positions in points + the winner of the Week 11 Wild Card 9th Spot Qualifier will fill the positions of the super step ladder finals.
*** Tie Rule ***

*** PAYOUT ***
- Payouts will be made as standings become final on Week 12
- Payout will be a ratio will be around 1:3 based on how many bowlers pay in full for the season.
- Any paid positions (10th and lower) are cashers and not eligible for the Super Step Ladder FINALS.
- Youth bowlers money goes directly into SMART FUND
